Before contacting us
Please include your device model, Android version, app version, and a short description of the issue. For purchase issues, please also include the order number from your Google Play receipt if available.
Manage your subscription
Open the Google Play Store app > Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select LookSwapMe.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
Refunds and billing
Purchases made through Google Play are generally processed and refunded under Google Play policies. You can request a refund through Google Play or contact us at hello@lookswapme.com if you need help with access to purchased features.
Privacy requests
For privacy or data requests, email us at hello@lookswapme.com. We may ask you to verify your request before taking action.
