We use generative AI models to analyze your photo and produce a new image where your outfit matches the style you selected. The process takes a few seconds and runs on cloud infrastructure.

Yes. Photos you upload are processed to generate your result and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours, unless you save the result to your in-app history. We do not share your photos with advertisers or sell them. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

No. We do not use your uploads to train or fine-tune our models without your explicit, separate consent.

Clear, well-lit photos of a single person facing the camera give the best results. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses covering the eyes, or extreme angles. Full-body or upper-body shots usually produce cleaner outfit transformations than tight close-ups.

Generated images are free to use for personal and non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement — see our Terms of Use for details.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Look Swap Me, and tap Cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

AI generation is probabilistic, so results can vary. Try a different photo (better lighting, clearer pose) or regenerate with the same style. If the issue persists, please send us feedback with the photo and style you used so we can improve the model.
