Terms of Use

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and LookSwapMe LLC (“we”, “us”) that govern your use of LookSwapMe. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use the app

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You may only use the app for lawful purposes.

What the app does

LookSwapMe lets you apply hairstyles and style effects to photos you select. Output depends on input quality and settings; results are provided “as‑is”.

Subscriptions and billing

• Auto‑renewing: We offer paid subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
• Free trials: If offered, trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Charges: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage: To cancel or change, open iOS Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: As purchases are processed by Apple, any refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Price changes: If the price changes, we’ll notify you and, where required, obtain your consent before renewal at the new price.

User content

• You retain rights to photos you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the features you request.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third‑party rights.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict access if these Terms are violated.

Intellectual property

The app and all related materials (excluding your content) are owned by LookSwapMe LLC and its licensors and are protected by law.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing security.
• No unauthorized scraping or bulk data extraction.
• No use to create biometric databases or identify individuals without consent.
• No use that violates others’ privacy or publicity rights.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

iOS terms and Apple’s role

These Terms are between you and LookSwapMe LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. You acknowledge Apple’s Standard EULA applies in addition to these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LookSwapMe LLC harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date above and, where required, provide notice in‑app.
